成人头条 is proud to receive the Construction Employers’ Association (CEA) 2022 Excellence in Safety Award. This award recognizes contractors with exceptional TRIR, DART, and EMR rates, as well as exceptional training and IIPP programs.
The primary responsibility of 成人头条’s safety team is to promote and ensure a safe work environment for all employees. This involves providing team members with necessary tools, training, and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries and illnesses on the job and to empower every individual to recognize unsafe practices and enforce our safety policy and procedures.
In 2022, 成人头条’s safety team offered comprehensive safety training modules on a variety of topics and visited job sites more than 931 times to conduct 100-point safety audits. They held their 4th Safety Boot Camp and created a superintendent-led Safety Council.
But the most important thing they did was inspire us to come to work ready to learn, to improve, and to look out for one another, so that at the end of the day, we could all go home to our families.
