Project Description: This project is in preparation for future developments at the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital campus. The scope includes the construction of a new retaining wall and the excavation of the hillside adjacent to the Caltrans ROW. The project includes onsite and offsite utility work and an extension of a PG&E ductbank around the property.

Project documents: The project includes documents from three different permits – Caltrans, Public Works, and BPS. Construction material and methods shall comply with the latest edition of the City of Oakland and the latest Caltrans Standard Plans & Specification.

This project will have a Project Labor Agreement.

Participation is encouraged for small and disadvantaged enterprises
for a minimum of 10% of the contract value and 25%
of the labor force to be local to the nine bay area
counties.听
