Construction of a 1 MGD groundwater treatment plant designed to remove salt from the drinking water supply system. This included the world鈥檚 first on-site installation of a Brine Concentrator System (BCS) for a municipal drinking water system. The stainless steel and titanium BCS measured 92 FT tall and weighed 95,000 lbs. Scope also covered solar evaporation ponds, storage tanks, control house, and distribution system improvements. Project was featured in the Water Desalination Report – an international weekly for desalination and advanced water treatment, published by Global Water Intelligence.
