Design and construction of a 30 MGD surface water treatment facility to diversify the regional water supply, allow for drought water management, improve water quality, and help replenish ground water supplies. Scope includes all structures within the treatment plant footprint, yard piping, and all the concrete work, as well as the process equipment installation. A bridge, which crosses the main canal, was installed as part of an early work package to improve plant accessibility.
