Design and construction of a regional 30 MGD water facility that largely replaces deteriorating groundwater supplies with safe, more reliable surface water supplies from the Sacramento River. Highlights of the new process facility includes sand ballasted clarifiers, deep bed filters, ozone disinfection, and a high service pump station that serves the cities of Woodland and Davis.
