The building spans an entire city block. A team of more than 100 people worked as long as 22 hours continuously to complete the 6,318 cubic yards of mat foundation.

]]> Design-build renovation and rehabilitation of a 70,000 SF steel-framed city hall and adjacent former police department into a new, seismically upgraded LEED Gold Essential Services Facility (ESF). Steel bracing and concrete shear walls were added, new exterior stone cladding was installed; existing historic brick cladding and MEP systems and interiors were restored; existing historic building elements were renovated; and significant building waterproofing and drainage systems were provided. Scope also included a new roof, glass and brickwork, disability access, Life/Safety work in the auditorium, and work on the plaza. Overall Life/Safety upgrades were brought to current standards. 成人头条 utilized a construction waste management program that diverted 50% to 75% of materials from disposal. The project was located in a congested downtown area with adjacent occupied buildings and additional ongoing construction activity. Major coordination with other contractors and multiple stakeholders was required.

]]> This complicated project consisted of the relocation of Chevron’s Corporate Headquarters (1800 employees) from San Francisco, CA to San Ramon, CA.聽 The work involved coordination and execution of all aspects of the construction work as well as scheduling of all owner Architectural and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) services.聽 Broken into thirty six (36) separate projects within the Chevron accounting system, two buildings in San Francisco were vacated and turned over to new ownership. Five buildings in San Ramon and one building in San Francisco were remodeled (490,000SF), plus extensive site upgrades including Security “hardening”, ADA upgrades, and extensive landscape enhancements were performed.聽 Work ranged from completely redoing the common spaces open to the public, upgrading the internal security system to world-class standards, entire floor remodels, and building standard office space up to custom high-end construction suitable for the corporate offices.

We held regularly scheduled site planning meetings with the owner to ensure pedestrian access to all retail destination points during construction of the six-level, 640 stall facility. 成人头条 self-performed structural excavation, layout, foundations, slab-on-grade, and vertical concrete placement. 12,600 CY of concrete was placed.

]]> Design and construction of a 432,290 SF hybrid precast parking structure. The new five-level facility was engineered to accommodate a future sixth-level and includes a bridge connector to the adjacent mall. The 1,382 stall structure features different colored architectural pre-cast concrete panels, as well as architectural wire mesh and green screen systems. 成人头条 completed this project with an extremely accelerated 10-month schedule. We placed 30,000 square feet of elevated concrete deck per week. We self-performed all layout, building foundation work, concrete footings, slab on grade and all miscellaneous forming and concrete works. Scope also included associated accessible parking areas, hardscape and landscape. The adjacent mall remained open and accessible throughout construction.
