Design and construction of a 432,290 SF hybrid precast parking structure. The new five-level facility was engineered to accommodate a future sixth-level and includes a bridge connector to the adjacent mall. The 1,382 stall structure features different colored architectural pre-cast concrete panels, as well as architectural wire mesh and green screen systems. 成人头条 completed this project with an extremely accelerated 10-month schedule. We placed 30,000 square feet of elevated concrete deck per week. We self-performed all layout, building foundation work, concrete footings, slab on grade and all miscellaneous forming and concrete works. Scope also included associated accessible parking areas, hardscape and landscape. The adjacent mall remained open and accessible throughout construction.
