New cast-in-place, seven-story, 500,000 SF parking facility expansion that provides long term parking for 1,533 cars. To save costs, vehicular ramps in the existing structure were utilized to service the new expansion and the existing garage. Two vehicle bridges on each level connect the new and existing structures. The separation accommodates seismic and existing foundation requirements. The exterior design and materials of the expansion complement the existing structure and the surrounding site.
