Design and construction of a 469,700 SF cast-in-place parking structure that serves adjacent laboratories and offices located within San Francisco鈥檚 Mission Bay redevelopment zone. The 1,423 stall, seven-level structure was built as part of a biotech development – extensive coordination with other project teams on the surrounding parcels was required as it was constructed concurrently with new street and site facility infrastructure. Scope included architectural features of customized perforated metal panels, smooth plaster, glass tile, and cast glazing. The facility contains three MRL elevators, a parking access control system, and security system. 成人头条 self-performed the vertical poured-in-place concrete and foundations. In total, 7,200 CY of concrete was placed. The project was awarded Excellence in Architecture by American Institute of Architects, San Francisco Chapter.
