Design and construction of 165,550 SF cast-in-place parking structure that serves as a critical infrastructure component of a Medical Office Building development. Extensive coordination was required with the other General Contractor building the adjacent Medical Office Building concurrently. The new three-level, 435-stall parking facility features a top-level 700kW photovoltaic (PV) system. We self-performed the structural formwork and concrete work using a proprietary, reusable formwork system, enabling an accelerated schedule.
