Design and construction of a 457,000 SF cast-in-place parking structure for a super-regional shopping mall. The 1,372 stall, five-level facility features a second-level pedestrian bridge with elegant glass railing system that connects to the mall. Four EV charging stations and provisions for 94 additional stalls were provided. Scope also covered utility relocation and site preparation. The project had an aggressive schedule and required coordination with multiple stakeholders.
