Design and construction of 204,670 SF cast-in-place parking structure in a congested retail site surrounded by a residential community. We held regularly scheduled site planning meetings with the owner to ensure pedestrian access to all retail destination points during construction of the six-level, 640 stall facility. 成人头条 self-performed structural excavation, layout, foundations, slab-on-grade, and vertical concrete placement. 12,600 CY of concrete was placed.
