Renovation and expansion of the existing loading docks. The OSHPD聽project involved lowering the grade level at the docks to street elevation to聽approximately 8 feet. Lifts were added for material deliveries. Scope of work included site work, utilities, landscaping and MEPF. The docks are adjacent to the hospital with ongoing operations. The project was phased to accommodate operations. Also, crews worked after hours for shutdowns and utility tie-ins. Weekend work occurred to accommodate Owner and neighboring community’s schedules. Project was subject to OSHPD and City inspections.
