Complete seismic upgrade and interior remodel of an existing playhouse. Scope included the protection of existing historic finishes, additional structural wood framing and concrete foundation for seismic improvements, new roof and fire sprinkler system, and a complete overhaul of interior finishes. We self-performed the extensive wood framing improvements, which was key to making the schedule work and completing on time. There was ongoing concurrent construction that required constant coordination with other contractors.
