This design build project includes a 52,539 square foot classroom building comprised of kindergarten classrooms and standard classrooms, 1,036 SF kitchen, and a multipurpose room. The exteriors include a new planting area and play areas. Construction is taking place in two increments: Increment 1 includes demolition, site grading, electrical infrastructure and retaining walls. Increment 2 phased construction of the new building and parking lot.
